Our GMC Acadia had an oil leak, that was difficult to repair. Kirk explained to us in detail the problem and loaned us a car while ours was being repaired and retested. Kirk communicated with us regularly.Eventually the mechanic had to seek further information from the manufacturer. Kirk was honest and apologetic for the delays, but reassured us he and the mechanic wanted to make sure the problem was 100% repaired. The honesty was refreshing and we appreciate the communication. Kirk, the Maintenance Supervisor has always been great to work with.

I’m a Miami, FL local, and after dealing with some pretty frustrating dealerships here, I decided to look elsewhere—and I’m so glad I did. Garber Randall was a completely refreshing experience from start to finish. The service department at Garber GMC is great. Most recent work completed was a DEF tank replacement. This repair was necessary after the vehicle sat outside in NYS during cold temperatures. New York gets cold yes, but this is not Alaska. The block heater would not have prevented this. The service department, coupled with parts department were able to replace the tank after a 6 week. Reportedly there is a national back order on this part. IF there is a national back order on this part, it would seem to me, there is a problem here. Perhaps engineers could come up with a better design. Non the less, the guys at done. Thanks again to Andy, Marcus and the rest of the team at Garber GMC Service in Canandaigua.

Brought acadia into replace the onstar module. Work was completed in a timely manner, and the service department kept us informed along the process
