As always, Sam and the whole crew were excellent. I wasn't expecting to take my new vehicle that day, but when I found what I wanted, everyone stepped up and made it happen. From sales, to financial, to tech support showing me all the new innovations in my vehicle

Justin reached out to me as I had inquired about a vechicle that they had. Very pleasant conversation and for the next week we were communicating and we're just going to go month by month as I was in a lease and had another 5/6 payments. He called me and thought he would be able to get me out of my lease and get me into the vechicle I had inquired about. Set up an appointment to come look and take test drive. Everyone was pleasant and I felt very comfortable while there.

Car broke down and the garage fixed it quickly.

When entering the dealership, I was greeted by Amber and within a couple of minutes, I met with my sales person, Gary Gilbert. I had a conversation with him the day before discussing certain Buick Envisions that were on their website and I was fortunate enough that he had these vehicles for me to see upon my arrival. I was very happy working with Gary because he was very thorough and he understood what I was looking for. Thank you Gary!
